Easy Keyguard is free for personal use. You may make and print keyguards for yourself or the people you support, but you may not sell them.
Easy Keyguard (the "Service") is a free web tool operated by Avaz ("we", "us", "our"). It turns a screenshot of an AAC app into a 3D-printable keyguard file. These terms cover the website, the tool, and every file it produces.
By using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
If you are under 18, a parent, guardian or supporting professional should use the Service with you and agree to these terms for you. If you use it for a school, clinic or other organisation, you agree for that organisation too.
We give you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and the keyguard files it creates, for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

Avaz owns the Service: its software, detection models, keyguard designs and templates, website content, and the Easy Keyguard name and logo. Using the Service gives you only the licence in section 2. All other rights stay with us.
You keep all rights to the screenshots and photos you upload. You confirm that you have the right to upload them. We use each upload only to build your keyguard, then discard it. We never store uploads, share them, or use them to train our models.
Generated files are kept briefly so you can download them, then deleted. Please keep your own copy. Our Privacy Policy explains the usage data we collect and the details we ask for before your first download.
The Service finds buttons in your screenshot automatically, on a best-effort basis. Detection can miss buttons, add extra ones, or place openings slightly wrong, especially with unusual layouts or low-quality screenshots.
The editor lets you review and correct every opening before you download. The design you download is the one you approved, and checking it is your responsibility. We are not responsible for errors in a design you download, whether they come from detection, the device or case data, or your edits.
Before printing, compare the preview carefully with your AAC app.
A keyguard is a physical accessory, not a medical device. The Service does not give clinical advice. Whether a keyguard suits a person is a decision for them, their family and their therapist.
Before anyone uses a printed keyguard:
Print quality, materials and mounting depend on the printer and the person printing, not on us.
We offer Easy Keyguard free of charge, so we cannot make the promises a paid product would. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may change, pause or stop the Service, or any feature, device or app it supports, at any time and without notice. We try to help when you write to us, but we do not promise support or response times.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Avaz and its staff, contractors and volunteers are not liable for any loss or damage from using the Service, or any keyguard or file made with it. This includes damage to tablets, cases or screens, personal injury, lost data or time, and any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
You agree to cover Avaz against claims by others that arise from your breach of these terms, including selling or distributing keyguards made with the Service.
Easy Keyguard works with AAC apps and tablets made by other companies. They do not endorse or support Easy Keyguard, and we do not endorse them. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to show compatibility.
If an app or device changes its layout or dimensions, keyguards made earlier may stop fitting. Your use of those apps and devices is covered by their own terms.
Ending access. We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses the Service. You can stop using it at any time. Sections 3, 4, 7 and 8 continue to apply after that.
Changes. We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.
Law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction. Any claim must be brought within one year of the event it concerns.
The whole agreement. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
